Riding on the wind – Jinli Heavy Technology JLD2250 Wind Turbine Tower Crane Assists in the Hoisting and Shipping of High Wind Towers in the Plain

On 5th November, with a clear whistle, the first batch of 7 trucks carrying JLD2250 wind tower crane of Jinli Heavy Industry slowly drove out of the factory and went to the project site to help wind turbine hoisting for Henan Plain High Wind Tower Wind Power Project.

The JLD2250 wind power tower has a maximum lifting weight of 180 tons, a maximum lifting height of 198.5 meters, and a maximum operating radius of 68.5 meters, which can fully cover the hoisting of onshore wind turbines of 6 MW and below. Relying on the advanced design concept of highly integrated modularity and mature technology, it can realise rapid transfer of the tower crane within 36 hours.

JLD2250 wind tower has the advantages of high lifting height, large lifting capacity, strong wind resistance, low foundation requirements, small assembly site, fast transfer speed, high safety and stability.The whole machine adopts modular design, which is convenient for disassembling and assembling; the tower body adopts integral tower body, and the tower body connection adopts bolt flange connection, which is safe, convenient and reliable for installation and high efficiency; it is also equipped with a full set of disassembling and assembling tools in a special container, which contains electric torque spanner, hydraulic insertion and extraction pins, special lifting slings, and spare parts, which can really realise the construction of customer's clearing packages, and provide customers with the greatest convenience.
