Jinli Heavy Technology JLD1700 wind turbine tower completed disassembly and transfer in 36 hours

On 24th December 2020, in Henan Nanyang mountain wind power project, Jinli Heavy Technology JLD1700-136t wind tower completed the lifting of the first 132m height wind turbine, and then quickly carried out tower disassembling and transferring.

The site is equipped with two sets of tower crane base, coupled with the close cooperation of the construction team and the transfer team, the disassembly and transfer of the tower crane was completed within 36 hours, and the hoisting conditions were met on December 25th, 2020, and the hoisting construction of the fan tower barrel was carried out.

The project has a narrow location and is located in a mountainous wind farm, making it inconvenient to transfer and transport.The use of JLD1700 wind turbine tower for construction gives full play to the characteristics of JLD1700 wind turbine tower with small footprint, large lifting capacity and high lifting height.

Due to the tight construction period of the wind farm, there is an urgent need for quick disassembly and relocation. The JLD1700 wind power tower crane has a light weight and is easy to disassemble and assemble with fewer transshipment trucks and fewer large and heavy parts, which is especially suitable for the transshipment of wind farms with inconvenient transport conditions in mountainous areas,without large heavy parts uphill and downhill transport difficulties in the construction problem.
